Continuing Medical Education (CME)
IMPORTANT: Anyone involved in the planning, development, or delivery of the 2025 Annual Meeting is required to provide disclosure on all financial relationships of any amount currently or previously held with ineligible companies within the last 24 months. Ineligible companies are defined as any entity producing, marketing, selling, reselling, or distributing health care products used by or on patients. Examples of any financial relationship may include, but are not limited to: receiving a salary, royalty, intellectual property rights, consulting fee, honoraria, ownership interest (e.g., stocks, stock options or other ownership interest, excluding diversified mutual funds), or other financial benefit associated with roles such as speaking and teaching, membership on advisory committees or review panels, board membership, and other activities from which remuneration is received, or expected. The extent of the relationship explains the scope of the relationship in terms of monetary amount received, time frame of relationship, etc. Anyone refusing or failing to complete a disclosure form will be disqualified from participating in the 2025 Annual Meeting as a planner, content developer, faculty/presenter, and will not have control of, or responsibility for, the development, management, presentation, or evaluation of the 2025 Annual Meeting. All authors of accepted abstracts will be required to fill out an online disclosure form. Questions? |
